Amenities
‘Hytte’ which means cottage in Norwegian takes all the aesthetics the Nordic region is known for - clean design, functional living and wraps it up into a perfect getaway for any time of year. Hytte House was built as a summer cottage in the 1950s. The man who crafted the space worked at the lumber mill in Menomonie. You’ll notice the rosemaling in the large screened in porch that is original to the house and also speaks to the deep nods to Norwegian heritage you’ll find here. The cottage remained in the family until this purchase for renovation in 2019.
Two bedrooms - main includes a full size bed and the second bedroom sleeps two in twin beds. In total sleeps four.
Large screened in porch that overlooks the lake.
Second lot is unused so lots of space for yard games, bonfires and additional parking.
